		<description><![CDATA[<p>1 small ayote, peeled and cut into 1 inch squares. 1 quarter cup of fresh sage leaves. 2 tbsp olive oil. Sea salt black pepper. You can also add sliced portobellos. Toss ingredients together in a bowl. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes tossing once. Voila!
