We are feeling a little more settled today. We all gathered up for some yummy fruit, guided meditation, an amazing yoga practice, and of course breakfast that blows Ihop out of the water. We haven’t quite figured out what makes every single food spread so AWESOME here at Anamaya but man oh man!! The kitchen staff really goes the extra mile for our nourishment and satisfaction. From the very beginning they asked if we had any food restrictions and have honored them. They are conscious of what we will endure each day and feed us the perfect meals. Everything is unbelievably fresh. We have been filled with exotic and flavorful combinations of veggies and fruits. We can’t imagine how but we know the food will only get better as we go on.
