Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 1/2 – 2 cups hazelnut or almond milk (depending on how thick you like your pancakes)
2 eggs
1 tbsp tapa dulce (raw sugar)
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
2 portions ripe sweet fruit (banana, mango, chopped dates)

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a second larger bowl, beat eggs well, then add in the other liquid ingredients. Mix in the tapa dulce and the butter until they’re dissolved. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, and mix thoroughly.

These pancakes will be sweet and very tasty. This recipe will make 5 large (6-in diameter) pancakes.
