Join us on an intensive 3-week Yoga Teacher Training with 3 inspiring teachers that have dedicated theirlives to yoga. Learning different perspectives from different teachers allows students to acquire a broader understanding of yoga and gives them different perspectives on teaching yoga and on finding the form of yoga that is authentic to them.
Contrary to many trainings where students memorize a routine, this training gives you the tools to understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and to develop your own sequences based on the needs of your students and based on what is authentic to you. The training is in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, the two most in demand styles of yoga, but finding your authentic yoga is at the heart of this program.

Preparation for the 200 hr YTT

A 362-page manual for the 200h Yoga Teacher Training Program will be given to you on the first day of the training. We also invite you to pay closer attention to the things in your life that uplift you and to start the process of detaching yourself from the things that drag you down. By the time you start the training you should be completely cigarette and drug free. During the training, we will continue our cleansing by avoiding alcohol as well. You will soon discover that Yoga can release some pretty awesome chemicals in your brain, more powerful than any artificial high created by substances!
The beauty of the nature, and healthy diet at Anamaya Resort in combination with the daily yoga practice and time spent outdoors will put you in the best shape of your life by the end of this training. Not only physically but also mentally due to the process of transformation that happens during the training from the deep connections you will create with nature, with yourself and with others.

Here are some Testimonials from our prior graduates:
“The caliber of the teachers participating and contributing to the training is astounding. Each one of them has their own specialty and strength and teaches with their own unique flare. The teachers are very generous with their time. Even outside of the training, in practicing and following their classes, they take that extra time and attention for you since they know you are a teacher in training. The overall training is very well rounded. The training goes beyond Asanas and philosophy and touches on a whole new lifestyle. It focuses on how to approach life in general in order to live in optimal health and happiness.”
“I did my yoga teacher training with Antoine and Pamela, and hands down it is in my opinion the best place to learn a very well balanced yoga curriculum in terms of postures, styles of yoga, philosophies, breathing techniques & much more. The diversity of teachers and their backgrounds in yoga is one of a kind! I haven’t heard of any other yoga school that has so much variety in a 200 hour YTT.”
“It is very hard to put into words my feelings about what a blessing this course was for me. But I will try my best! You guys are simply awesome: your positivity, spirituality, tranquility are just a few of your qualities. It is incredible to me that such tremendously knowledgeable masters are also amongst the most down to earth people I know. Thank you for being there for us, not only as teachers, but as caring friends. I shared my troubles with you and you made me feel better with your kind words and beautiful smiles, not only on your lips but in your eyes! I love you both so much and I send you my everlasting best wishes.”
“The teacher training course was an amazing path of discovery for myself and our group. I was constantly impressed by the various aspects of yoga that our teachers has us explore and how we had the opportunity to work on various styles of yoga. I much appreciated the program as I was going through it, but now that I have had a chance to compare notes with others who have done their training elsewhere, I realize how rich our experience was!”
“Taking the 200 hr. YTT at was one of the best and most rewarding experiences of my life. It was truly transformative and I would highly recommend this training program to anyone. Antoine and Pamela put so much love, thought and care into the program and the quality and variety of the coursework is amazing. I left the program with an even bigger love for yoga and I am feeling confident and inspired to share this knowledge with others as I embark on my teaching journey. A huge thank you to Antoine, Pamela and the entire team.”
“The experience was at multiple levels. Some at the physical level; postures, asanas / some at the intellectual level: philosophy, sutras, anatomy etc. But the greatest learning was the digging into our own self… through the contact with the teachers, the other students; just the whole process was a deepening of our own understanding of yoga – a lifelong journey towards our own self. Removing the veil of illusion. It was a great experience that I would redo in a heart beat. The knowledge learned is priceless. The people met will be friends for ever. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.”
“Dear Pamela and Antoine, Over the past weeks you have given me the feeling of being part of a warm family and experiencing what it is like to be a child again. It opening me up and it was exactly what I needed to bring my yoga to a higher level. Although sometimes challenging, it was a great practise to drop all my beliefs and knowledge that I acquired about yoga throughout the last years and just be open to new experiences. This is one of the greatest lessons I have learnt from you. To be humble, open minded, patient, giving and to stay true to myself. I love you both. Thanks so much, you are such an amazing and inspiring couple.”
