Guest Yoga Teacher MJ Shaw:
MJ is a yoga, dance & fitness instructor who has been teaching for almost 20 years. She has been guest teaching at retreats for the last 3 years and is thrilled to have the privilege of sharing life-changing, exciting and rejuvenating weeks with so many special people. A professional actor, dancer and choreographer based out of Toronto, MJ has also been featured as a fitness expert on the Dr OZ show, MTV, Discovery Channel and many more inspiring people to improve their lifestyle and get fit! As the co-creator of the Flirty Girl Fitness certification program, you can see MJ in dozens of DVDs busting her Booty Beat choreography. MJ believes the collective energy of a group of people coming together to better themselves is transformative and inspiring. She aims to guide you along the process with encouragement, knowledge and positivity. Certifications: ACE, AFAA, canfitpro, Yoga Alliance, BATD, RAD, Keiser.
Additional Dynamic Retreats’ Fitness & Dance Workshops with MJ Shaw:
For an additional $195/per person MJ’s Dynamic Retreat offers a 1 hour personal assessment/training session, and 6 additional classes such as Ballet Bootcamp, Burlesque, Zumba, Pole Dancing, Tabata Training, Pop-Star Dance (Thriller, Single Ladies, or others to choose from). All fitness levels welcome!
Workshop Sample Day:
7:30am: Morning Vinyasa Yoga (included in ARP packages)
11:00am: Fitness or Dance Class (60 minutes)
2:00pm: Excursion or poolside
**Afternoon personal assessments for each participant**
5:30pm: Gentle Candlelight Yoga (included in ARP packages)
